On July 5th we celebrated the 75th birthday of the NHS by joining others at Seaburn Beach, Sunderland to build a sand sculpture and signing a giant birthday card.
This was followed by a rally with speakers and the day finished at Sunderland Minster with a tea party to celebrate and reflect on 75 years of the NHS.
We are rightly proud of all its achievements and support it has given us at Smile Wide Together over the years and support a fully funded NHS to see us into our older age.
